Adult Dance (8 week sessions) Providing we meet class minimums, classes will continue through May in 8 week sessions.

Monday’s 6:00-7:00 pm Adult Sampler
Sampler– Whether you are a new adult beginner or retired dancer looking to get back into shape and enjoy the joys of dancing again, this class is a fun, expressive way to build strength and flexibility. Class is offered in sessions. You will learn choreography and enjoy working on combinations across the floor and at the center. Class will rotate between Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical and Contemporary. Comfortable exercise clothes are encouraged, socks, bare feet, lyrical shoes or ballet slippers can be worn.
Monday’s 7-7:30 pm
Adult Hula/Tahitian –Learn the dances of the Pacific Islands. Hip isolations, graceful hand and arm gestures with rhythmical music make this dance a fun and educational form for guys and gals. Class is offered in sessions. Eventually students will learn to dance while playing various implements/instruments using in this age old art form as well as explore Hawaiian culture and how it relates to this style of dance!
Monday’s 7:30-8 pm
Adult Tap – Tap your cares away! This is a great way to release stress and put their rhythmical skills to work. It’s like drumming with your feet! Students will learn both rhythm and precision tap methodology.

Erica will provide modifications and levels in class so there is something for EVERY BODY, to have a safe, productive class and build at their own pace. Whether you are new to dance or have danced previously, this class is a GREAT way to get fit and have fun!
Erica can also be booked privately at your dance ready facility.
Yoga for TEENS
All teens need physical exercise paired with skills for mental health and well being.
This class addresses the specific needs of adolescent teens- teaching them healthy coping skills, building confidence, inner self acceptance and self esteem in a fun, relaxed environment. Erica can be booked at your facility to offer this invaluable class and can also create a customized yoga practice for all types of sport related team activities.
This class is for ages 12-18.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids
All children need physical exercise, and it is important that the exercise they get PROMOTES the healthy development of their growing bodies.
This class is for ages 3-11 years of age. The stretching and strengthening techniques used in yoga are an IDEAL way for kids to grow flexible and strong.
Yoga teaches self-awareness, releases stress, builds confidence, self-esteem and an overall sense of well-being.

Designed to spark love for the art of movement, our classes are not only fun, but provide dancers with a positive and strong foundation in dance. Her student program is built as a progressive education for students to begin with ballet and advance through tap, jazz, modern, pointe and competition.
This is a wonderful introduction to dance for our tiny dancers! We offer a creative dance class covering ballet basics, acrobat, and tap. Portions of class are structured in traditional ballet training and other portions teach and inspire children to explore their own creative dance movement.
This combination class explores ballet and the use of body alignment for lengthening and strengthening muscles, while building discipline and self-esteem grooming the body through the mind! Jazz explores numerous styles from the 1920s to the present; kids and adults alike will enjoy this precise and free flowing style of expression. Students learn Acro and tumbling skills pertinent for the dancer to incorporate in their dance training.
Tap your cares away! This is a great way for guys and gals to release stress and put their rhythmical skills to work. It’s like drumming with your feet! This class is for Ages 10-12 who have ample tap experience. Students will learn both rhythm and precision tap methodology.
This free spirited form of dance that breaks all the rules! Learn techniques that will broader your view of what dance can be and learn improvisational and choreographic skills. Danced bare-foot, modern is perhaps the most organic form of dance for the body allowing exploration by moving ergonomically. Enrollment in a Ballet class is mandatory in order to enroll in this class.
Not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class, students learn acro skills pertinent for the dancer to incorporate in their training. Students develop increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. Focused on fundamental acrobatic technique, Acro teaches skills such as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance and contortion tricks, all at each student’s level of experience. Enrollment in a Ballet class is mandatory in order to enroll in this class.
Encouraging the dancer to connect mind and body through fluid movements, this expressive style of dance combines elements of , jazz, lyrical and classical ballet encouraging versatility and improvisation with emphasis on floorwork. Enrollment in a Ballet class is mandatory in order to enroll in this class.
This class teaches the necessary skills to develop the strength and ability to dance safely en Pointe. Taking this class does not insure you will get to dance en Pointe. Eventually students who acquire the skills necessary will be able to wear pointe shoes for class. Whether the student is taking class in slippers or en Pointe, students are required to attend the full ballet class prior to the start of Pointe class. Only open to second year level 5 dancers. Students MUST take 2 ballet classes per week to participate in Pointe and have been approved by Miss Erica and Staff to begin to learn how to dance en Pointe.
What do you get when you mix ballet, modern and jazz? A super fun lyrical class with a lot of floor work, emotional self-expression and improvisation. This is what we like to call our “mental health” class to relieve stress while learning new skills and techniques. Enrollment in a Ballet class is mandatory in order to enroll in this class.
HARMONY SIGNATURE MIXER
Stretch your dance and competition skills. Experience a mix of ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical- dance tricks, advanced turns, acro, stretching, yoga and partner yoga. Dancers will also learn the fundamentals of physical therapy, anatomy, nutrition and hypnosis throughout the sessions. Enrollment in a Ballet class and at least one Jazz/Lyrical/Contemporary is mandatory in order to enroll in this class
