Sundays from Noon to 1 pm
Learn how to quiet your mind and bring balance and harmony into your life. Experience the subtle aspects of meditation thru many different yoga and spiritual lineages and practices. Class is designed for beginner thru advanced! Each class may offer some lecture regarding the practice of the day, Pranayama (breath work), Mudra (yoga of the hands) and other mindfulness practices such as Kirtan (chanting) or Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) may be utilized.
We must have a minimum of 5 pre-registered participants by the prior Saturday. Classes must be paid by credit card to insure class meets the minimum each week. If a class has fewer than 5 people, Email will be sent to all participants cancelling the class and your credit card will not be charged.
The room can be cool so bring any blankets, cushions or pillows for your comfort. We have some to share.
